This cold weather has really got me craving soup, hot chocolate and comfy sweaters. My sister was visiting from Oregon last week (where it was snowing), and she wouldn’t stop making fun of us being all bundled up, complaining about how cold it was in the 50 degree weather! but seriously. It feels oober cold.
So I’m really wanting to be bundled up in this pullover from Free People, while cuddling up in these beautiful hand knit throws from West Elm. Throw in a fireplace, some soup, and a good movie and you’ve got yourself a warm, comfy little night. That’s sounding pretty good to me right now.

I am Loving…

Im dreaming of a fall day where I can wear (or afford) this lovely little ensemble of jacket, tights and boots from Anthropologie. I’ll take the dogs too.
And while I’m wearing that, I’m drinking this:
Pumpkin spice latte… yeess pleeease.
At 380 calories for one of these guys (yikes) , I can only drink one on the perfect fall day. The weather has to be crisp and cold, the trees have some sort of color to them, (or at least not having flowers blossoming here in so cal) and the spirit in the air just speaks “fall”. It has to be the best fall day to be pumpkin spice worthy.
Let me tell you, its the middle of October, and there hasn’t been any day that has come even close to pumpkin spice worthy… (90 degree weather doesn’t really cut it…)
So I’m dreaming of the best fall day when I can wear a cute jacket, tights and boots without sweating my brains out, and when I can order a pumpkin spice latte and savor the pumpkiny spicy goodness.
Or at least the weather dropping to 80…

I’m at a point where I really don’t like any of the clothes in my closet and I have no money… I’m thinking I’m gonna hit up some thrift stores today to see if I can find anything I can make work!
